Senior Executive – Logistics

Key Responsibilities●Handle inbound shipments, clearance processes, and coordination with customs authorities and relevant government authorities.●Ensure all logistics and bonded warehouse operations are carried out in compliance with customs and duty-free regulations.●Liaise with International team for shipment planning, documentation, and operational alignment.●Maintain accurate records of stock movement, customs documentation, and bonded inventory.●Oversee goods receiving, storage, and distribution within the bonded warehouse and retail outlets.●Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments to ensure timely delivery and efficient inventory flow.●Prepare regular reports on logistics activities, customs clearance status, and stock levels.●Support audits, inspections, and compliance reviews related to customs and inventory control.●Identify process improvements to enhance logistics efficiency and accuracy.Candidate profile●Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.●Minimum 3–5 years of experience in logistics or warehouse operations, preferably within a bonded or duty-free environment.●Strong knowledge of customs procedures, bonded warehouse regulations, and import clearance documentation.●Excellent coordination and communication skills, especially with customs and internal stakeholders.●Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (SAP or similar preferred).●High attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
