As Senior Executive, you will support the strategy, activation, and optimization of retail media programs, collaborating closely with internal teams, retailers, and tech partners to deliver measurable impact for our clients.This role offers a unique opportunity to grow within one of the most dynamic and strategic practices of Publicis Media. You will contribute to shaping the future of commerce and retail media in the region while developing solid expertise and exposure across major brands and retailers.Responsibilities:-Support the development and implementation of retail media strategies across key retailers and marketplaces in the GCC. -Monitor market trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to ensure continuous improvement of our retail media approach. -Assist in building and refining the value proposition of our retail media offering through research, insights, and performance analysis. -Coordinate with retailers, tech partners, and data providers to ensure smooth activation, tracking, and reporting. -Prepare presentations, performance reviews, and client materials that demonstrate the impact of retail media on business outcomes.- Work closely with the internal performance, commerce, and planning teams to ensure strong integration with broader media strategies. -Contribute to revenue growth by supporting pitches, ongoing client programs, and cross-functional initiatives. -Participate in the operational workflows of the retail media practice and help maintain high standards of delivery.Requirements:-The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-4 of experience in digital media, performance, e-commerce, or retail media. -Strong analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven marketing and measurable performance. -Good understanding of retail media platforms, measurement frameworks, and first-party data concepts. -Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders. -Excellent communication skills and the ability to prepare clear, structured client deliverables. -Proactive, curious, and motivated to grow within the fast-evolving retail media ecosystem. -Arabic speaking talent is preferred.
