We work with the largest food retailers in the world and grow rapidly.We’re looking for an exceptional Key Account Manager, reporting to the CEO and part of the YOUTILIGENT management team, to join our German team. In this role, you will drive new commercial opportunities and manage complex enterprise sales cycles of 12 to 24 months with large global and regional food retail chains.What You’ll DoLead Youtiligent’s commercial activities in the European market.Manage pre-sales and sales opportunities from first contact to signed agreement.Build a deep understanding of client needs, operational challenges, and internal decision processes.Develop strong, trust-based relationships within multi-stakeholder organizations.Plan and execute structured sales processes including workshops, installations, pilots, solution evaluations, and ongoing engagement routines.Collaborate closely with our product and technical teams to support solution growth.What You Bring8 or more years of experience in strategic account management or enterprise sales, ideally within HVAC, refrigeration, facility operations, post-sale services, or technology solutions such as AI, SaaS, or IoT.Proven track record of managing and growing large food retailers accounts.Experience managing long, complex B2B sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.Fluency in German and English, with strong business communication and writing capabilities.Willingness to travel across Europe, preferably based in GermanyWhy work for YoutiligentDirect opportunity to shape Youtiligent’s market presence in Europe during a crucial expansion phase.Be part of a young and dynamic company that redefines how global food retailers manage operations, service, procurement, and sustainability.Work with top-tier retailers and join a mission-driven team committed to delivering measurable business impact through advanced AI technology.
