Lead and scale a regional sales organisation driving growth across enterprise and public sector clients. This role is ideal for a senior commercial leader who thrives in a high-performance technology environment and can build deep customer and partner relationships while owning the full go-to-market strategy.You will shape the commercial execution across a defined region within EMEA (for example Germany, France or neighbouring markets), lead sales managers and experienced sellers, and represent the region at senior leadership level.Key Criteria (for fast screening)10+ years in B2B technology sales with strong enterprise experienceMultiple years leading managers and large regional sales teamsProven track record exceeding revenue targets in a similar marketExperience with cloud, hybrid-cloud, data storage or infrastructure solutionsStrong partner and alliance sales backgroundFluent written and spoken English; regional language skills advantageousAbility to travel across the assigned region when requiredWhat you will doOwn the regional sales strategy and deliver revenue, growth and margin targetsLead and coach managers and their sales teams to high performanceBuild and maintain C-suite customer relationshipsSupport and direct strategy for major deals and complex pursuitsForecast accurately and manage pipeline across enterprise and public sector accountsWork closely with major channel, cloud and alliance partners to scale growthEnsure excellent customer experience and serve as an escalation point where neededRecruit and retain top sales talent, fostering a strong team cultureCollaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Customer Success and Finance leadersRepresent the region in EMEA decision-making and planning forumsWho you areProven commercial leader in a B2B tech environmentExperienced at leading leaders (managing managers) across multiple territoriesComfortable driving complex, high-value solutions including cloud, hybrid-cloud or data infrastructureAble to design and execute a robust go-to-market plan across key industry segmentsSkilled in building influence and trust with senior stakeholders internally and externallyData-driven decision-maker with strong financial and forecasting acumenWhat you’ll bringDemonstrable success growing revenue in enterprise and/or public sector marketsStrong understanding of regional technology buying behaviours and partner ecosystemsAbility to create accountability, performance culture and engagement within distributed teamsExcellent communication and negotiation skills, operating confidently at C-suite levelStrategic thinker who can remain hands-on and solution-focused during execution
