Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, this role combines hands-on design with creative leadership. From billboards and booths to websites, ads, and social campaigns, you’ll shape how our brand looks, feels, and resonates.Our visual identity already cuts through an industry full of sameness. If that sounds like you, apply, even if you don't fit 100% into the job description.📍 This is a Tel Aviv-based role, working 4 days a week from the office.💜 Applications must include a portfolio.ResponsibilityBrand & Creative Direction: Lead the evolution of Anchor’s brand identity across web, digital campaigns, print, events, and motion. Translate marketing strategies into designs that capture attention, build trust, and drive action.Design Execution: Produce assets at every scale - from event booths to landing pages, social graphics, and ad creatives. Deliver final, production-ready files for both print and digital, ensuring flawless quality across mediums.Speed & Agility: Work at startup pace - ship quickly without sacrificing quality. Iterate fast, respond to shifting priorities, and balance polish with speed.Systems & Standards: Establish scalable brand guidelines, templates, and toolkits that keep Anchor’s visual presence consistent and efficient. Create processes that help the marketing team move faster while staying on-brand.Creative Leadership: Set a high creative bar and ensure everything that leaves the team feels world-class.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, product marketing, and leadership to align creative execution with business goals. Balance aesthetics with measurable results like engagement, conversion, and brand recognition.Requirements6+ years of design experience, ideally with both agency and in-house backgrounds.A portfolio that demonstrates expertise in both large-format print (billboards, booths, signage, stage graphics) and digital assets (websites, ads, landing pages, social campaigns, motion).Mastery of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Experience with motion design and video editing (After Effects, Premiere) and 3D/event mockups (SketchUp, Cinema4D, or similar) - a plus.Strong understanding of web formats and standards, responsive design, accessibility, and performance optimization.Solid knowledge of print production: CMYK vs Pantone, DPI, bleeds, and preparing files for different vendors and surfaces.Proven ability to create design systems, brand guidelines, and repeatable workflows.Strong grasp of marketing funnels and performance-focused design.Experience directing and reviewing work from freelancers or agencies.Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset: comfortable switching between strategy and execution in a fast-paced environment.
