About This RoleTFS HealthScience is a leading global mid-size Contract Research Organization (CRO) that partners with biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies throughout their entire clinical development journey. Our expertise includes full service capabilities, resourcing and Functional Service (FSP) solutions.The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing complex clinical studies to ensure they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining compliance with all regulatory and quality standards. This hybrid position plays a key leadership role in driving project strategy, managing cross functional teams, and fostering strong client relationships, ideally within the cardiovascular therapeutic area.As part of our SRS/FSP team, you will be dedicated to one sponsor, a global pharmaceutical or biotech company recognized as an industry leader in innovative cardiovascular research and development.Key Responsibilities Ensure successful delivery of assigned projects within scope, budget, timelines and quality standards Lead multidisciplinary study teams and proactively manage project planning, risk mitigation and issue resolution Serve as the primary client contact, managing communication, expectations and long term relationship development Oversee financial performance including budget management, forecasting, invoicing and profitability tracking Provide leadership, coaching and oversight for PMs and project team members as needed Support business development activities including capability presentations and proposal review when requiredQualifications Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field, or RN diploma Minimum 5 years of relevant clinical research project management experience Strong knowledge of clinical trial regulations, ICH GCP and quality standards Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience guiding cross functional teams Excellent communication, organizational and negotiation skills Ability to travel up to 10 percentWhat We OfferWe provide a competitive compensation package, comprehensive benefits, and the opportunity for personal and professional growth in a rewarding environment.
