We work withdomestic and international partners who share our values and commitment to gender and social equality as well as givingback by partnering with foundations that directly benefit our employees and surrounding communities.We are an Equal Opportunity EmployerDescription Of DutiesTitle: Senior RecruiterClassification: ExemptSalary*: $110,000 - $120,000.00/annualizedLocation: 14801 Califa St Van Nuys, CA 91411 (HQ), Must be based in Los AngelesSchedule*: Hybrid, Monday through Friday 9:00am to 6:00pmFull-Cycle RecruitmentEssential Duties and ResponsibilitiesProactively identify, source, and engage candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media,networking, employee referrals, and creative sourcing methods tailored to the industry.Collaborate with hiring managers to write clear and compelling job descriptions that reflect the brand's ethos andaesthetic, and attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.Conduct initial screenings, phone interviews, and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications,company and role fit, and overall potential for the brand.Schedule interviews, provide timely feedback to candidates, and ensure a smooth and efficient interview processfor both candidates and hiring managers.Manage offer processes with support of internal partners, including compensation discussions, offer letters, andOther Employment Terms, Ensuring a Positive Candidate Experience Throughout.Partner with HR during the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they are set up for success from day one,and fostering an engaging, welcoming environment in line with Dôen’s values.Strategic Talent AcquisitionOwn and project manage the Applicant Tracking System, and ensure best practices to reach hiring goals.Stay current on industry trends and talent market insights within the premium fashion industry to informrecruitment strategies, in line with Dôen values and goals.Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs, with a focus on both immediateand long-term company goals.Collaboration & CommunicationAct as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing guidance on best practices, market trends, and optimizingrecruitment strategies to meet department-specific and company-wide hiring needs.Ensure a seamless and positive experience for all candidates by providing timely communication, feedback, andsupport throughout the recruiting process.Track, measure, and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, candidate quality and candidateexperience hiring goals.
