Job Description

Role OverviewAs the Senior Procurement Manager – Facility & MRO, you will be responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies for indirect materials and services, with a strong focus on facility operations, MRO supplies, and spare parts. You will collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, maintenance, operations, and finance teams to ensure cost-effective, timely, and high-quality procurement that supports business continuity and operational efficiency. Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end procurement activities for facility services, MRO categories, and spare parts across multiple sites.Develop and implement category strategies that align with business goals and deliver cost savings, risk mitigation, and supplier performance improvements.Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with global and regional suppliers, ensuring compliance with company standards and ESG requirements.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand technical specifications, demand forecasts, and service level expectations.Drive continuous improvement in procurement processes, including contract negotiation, supplier consolidation, and inventory optimization.Monitor market trends, emerging technologies, and supply chain risks to proactively adjust sourcing strategies.Lead cross-functional sourcing projects and support CAPEX and facility expansion initiatives as needed.Ensure compliance with global procurement policies, ethical sourcing standards, and corporate governance.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., CPSM, CIPS) preferred.Minimum 8–10 years of procurement experience, with at least 5 years in MRO, facility management, or spare parts sourcing.Proven track record in strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, and cost optimization.Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.Experience working in a multinational or Fortune 500 environment is required.Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
