You’ll provide technical leadership to both local and global teams, ensuring innovative and high-quality outcomes throughout all project phases. You’ll also play a pivotal role in winning new work—driving proposals, building client relationships, and supporting business growth in the rail infrastructure sector.The Opportunity Lead geometric and structural track design activities across multidisciplinary brownfield and greenfield rail projects. Manage project delivery, including schedules, budgets, and team performance, ensuring compliance with quality standards. Provide technical expertise and design leadership from concept to construction, mentoring and developing junior engineers. Represent the team in meetings and stakeholder discussions, communicating design solutions and resolving technical challenges. A Bachelor of Engineering (Washington Accord) and CPEng registration with 10+ years of relevant rail infrastructure experience. Proven expertise in track alignment design and 3D modelling using Bentley Power Rail Track, OpenRail Designer, and MicroStation. Strong understanding of rail systems, track design principles, and interface management across civil, systems, and construction disciplines. Excellent leadership, mentoring, and communication skills with the ability to influence multidisciplinary teams.
