If you are not contacted by us within that time, please consider your application unsuccessful on this occasion.***Key aspects of the role include:Promoting and selling service contracts to customers.Responsible for troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and repair of designated equipment.Conducting customer training on the proper use and maintenance of assigned portfolios.Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients.Providing technical support to customers and resolving any issues related to equipment performance.Performing regular preventive maintenance.To be successful you will need to meet the following:To comply with Saudization, our client is required to hire a Saudi National for this position.BSc in Biomedical Engineering.Minimum 2 – 3 years of experience as a Service Engineer or similar role within the Medical Devices industry.Lab Equipment experience is a must.Willingness to travel as needed for on-site customer support.Proficient in MS Office Applications.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.Applicants should be available for face-to-face interviews in the location mentioned above.Hiring?
