We are expanding our range of medical equipment and require a service technician to support our highly regarded range.Reporting directly to the Service Manager this position will have responsibility for the following:Service repairsService calls on customersCRM updatingField service management app - service fusionCommissioning new equipmentCalibration and troubleshootingTo be successful in this role you will have the following skills and attributes:Positive "can do" attitudeReliableHas technical experience including IT and Electronics - field serviceHas Business and Health Care experienceDisplays a strong understanding of electronics and biomedical applicationsHas a Biomedical Engineer/technician qualificationDisplays strong mechanical aptitudeDemonstrates analytical and problem solving skillsHave a passion for customer serviceCan handle customer complaintsHas strong computer literacy - office, networkingAbility to complete tasks/goals within defined time framesDemonstrates strong communication skillsIs able to work autonomouslyYou will be part of a growing dynamic company, who ensure a fun and professional team environment.
