The company offers a range of high-performance electric motorbikes and scooters, combining modern design with eco-friendly technology.They are now seeking a Showroom Executive who can deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to the brand’s growth in the EV industry.Candidate Profile:Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.1–2 years of experience in showroom sales, automotive, or customer service (experience in electric vehicles will be an advantage).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Passionate about electric mobility, technology, and sustainability.Strong customer service mindset with good negotiation and closing skills.Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.Pleasant personality, energetic, and results-driven.Key Responsibilities:Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom, providing detailed product information and guidance.Conduct product demonstrations for electric motorbikes and explain features, specifications, and pricing.Handle customer inquiries received via walk-ins, phone calls, or online platforms.Maintain accurate sales records, test-ride schedules, and follow-up logs.Support the sales process from initial inquiry to final delivery, ensuring a seamless customer experience.Coordinate with the technical and delivery teams for vehicle preparation and handover.Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining showroom standards.Assist in visual merchandising, stock display, and showroom upkeep.Participate in marketing campaigns, roadshows, and promotional events when required.📩 Interested candidates can send their CVs to: jobs@mindplus.global
