Its technical solutions and services include installing boiler rooms and cogeneration units, heat pumps, photovoltaic systems, remote monitoring and control systems, and building insulation.Watt Matters is committed to accelerating the energy transition and becoming a low-carbon society in the near future. It also aims to become a leading player in the energy transition market.To address an increasing number of photovoltaic projects, they are now seeking a Site Manager – Photovoltaic, who will oversee medium to large-scale residential photovoltaic projects, primarily in the Brussels area. In this role, you will be responsible for managing multiple sites simultaneously and coordinating multiple stakeholders. Moreover, your focus will be on site supervision, smooth coordination and follow-up of installation works throughout each photovoltaic project. As a Site Manager – Photovoltaic, you will have the following key tasks:Focus primarily on the installation phase of photovoltaic projects, coordinating site activities and all the stakeholders involvedUnderstand and manage project requirements; manage and follow up on project execution; define the right course of action and take relevant steps in line with the agreed terms Monitor and control project status and ensure that project deadlines and key milestones are met in accordance with the agreed terms Perform risk assessment and manage risks throughout the project duration Be the SPOC for clients, as well as for internal and external stakeholders and partners – maintain effective ongoing communication with project teams and clients to ensure that client demands are fully met Communicate with and manage suppliers – coordinate their work in accordance with client requirementsManage Project File and keep it up to dateProvide regular and efficient reporting on project status, budget use, and KPIs Ensure full compliance with all relevant health and safety regulationsEffectively balance your time between office work, homework, and site follow-up To successfully execute all your tasks, you will be provided with the necessary training, and you will have at your disposal all organisational resources, including the help and support of our team of professionalsYOUR PROFILERelevant technical degreeProven experience and confirmed interest in site coordination and works follow-up in similar projects Experience in managing different project stakeholders (project teams, clients, subcontractors,…)Good communication skills and the capacity to build and maintain trustworthy and sustainable client relationshipsExcellent organisation skills and the ability to adapt your work pace to project timelines Willingness to keep abreast of new developments in the sector and new technologiesEffective use of report writing tools for tracking your project activities, i.e. recording project milestones and deliverablesHard worker, motivated, result-orientedProactive, meticulous, and anticipative mindsetEager to learn and face new challenges continuallyAnalytical, problem-solving, and decision-making mentalityAutonomous and flexible, but also a collaborative team playerComfortable working in a dynamic and constantly evolving environmentNative proficiency in French; knowledge of Dutch and English is an assetOUR OFFERA full-time employment contract or independent status, depending on your preferenceAn attractive salary package, based on your profile, with a wide range of benefits and career development prospectsAn opportunity to work in a pleasant working environment as part of a dynamic and motivated team, committed to the energy transition and making a differenceOpportunities for continuous learning and development
