If you think you have what it takes to join our team, we want to meet you!Job Skills / RequirementsPosition: Full Time Security SupervisorSite Name: Ingredion Canada CorporationSite Address: 1100 Green Valley Road, London, Ontario N6N 1E3Hours: Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:00pmPay Rate: $ 22.25/hourKey ResponsibilitiesOversee guards' performance, providing clear direction and supportEnforce Health & Safety (OHS) standards and ensure complianceServe as the primary contact between guards, client, and managementRespond promptly to incidents, disturbances, and escalationsEnsure all site procedures, policies, and post orders are followedSupport onboarding, training, and site familiarization for new staffControl plant entry/access and maintain accurate logsOperate weigh scalesManage documentation and customs control for contractors/driversReport safety non-compliances and incidents to the Ingredion representativeAssist with emergency response and first aid when requiredSupport Ingredion Health & Safety programs and proceduresMaintain professional relationships with employees, carriers, contractors, and visitorsPrevent, observe, detect, and report incidentsIdentify and address conditions not aligned with good security practicesFollow additional practices as required by IngredionPrerequisites1–2 years of security experience (supervisory/site lead preferred)Strong understanding of security operations, emergency procedures, and incident managementKnowledge of OHS legislation and safe work practicesExcellent customer service and interpersonal skillsAble to maintain composure during urgent or high-pressure situationsAbility to write clear, concise reportsMust wear 6-inch all-leather safety boots with ankle coverageValid Ontario Security Guard LicenceValid First Aid & CPR Level CExperience in a truck gate/warehouse environmentPhysically able to cut truck bolt sealsMicrosoft Office proficiencyLegally authorized to work in CanadaWhy choose Paladin?
