We are seeking a Social Media Content Creator & Visual Storyteller who can design, shoot, and produce high-impact content across platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and beyond. This role blends creativity with technical skill — from crafting branded images and videos using trending tools to capturing live moments from company events with a DSLR camera.Location: DHA Phase 2, Lahore Mode: Full-time Onsite Drop resumes at careers@dotlabs.ai Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, design, and publish engaging social media content (images, carousels, short-form videos, reels) aligned with Dot Labs’ brand voice.Research and leverage trending tools and techniques to create scroll-stopping branded content.Shoot photos and videos during company events, behind-the-scenes sessions, and day-to-day activities to create a strong visual narrative.Operate DSLR cameras and other professional equipment to capture high-quality media.Edit images and videos using professional tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Canva, etc.).Manage and maintain the company’s media library, ensuring all digital assets are organized and accessible.Collaborate with the marketing and leadership teams to develop creative concepts and campaigns.Stay ahead of social media trends, formats, and platform updates to keep our content fresh and impactful.Requirements & Skills2+ years of experience in social media content creation, digital design, or visual storytelling.Proven ability to design branded social media posts (images & videos) using industry-standard tools.Strong knowledge of DSLR photography and videography techniques.Proficiency in image and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Canva, etc.).Good understanding of current social media trends, formats, and algorithms.Strong storytelling skills and an eye for aesthetics, composition, and brand alignment.Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Bonus: Experience with motion graphics, animation, or AI-based creative tools.
