Social Media Coordinator & Content Creator

We’re looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Manager & Content Creator to join our team. You’ll play a central role in shaping our brand presence online, producing engaging content, and managing our social platforms. This is a hands-on role for someone who is organised, creative, and ready to take ownership of our social storytelling.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.Create, edit, and optimise engaging content including reels, posts, stories, and campaigns using assets from our photography studio.Take the lead on design projects using Canva, ensuring all visuals are on-brand and high quality.Manage and organise our content library (images, videos, graphics) for easy access and efficient use.Assist with seasonal photoshoots and campaigns, from planning to execution.Utilise AI tools to enhance content creation and stay ahead of emerging trends in social media and digital marketing.·       Manage community engagement across all social platforms, responding to comments, messages, and fostering a positive and active brand community.Monitor performance metrics, gather insights, and contribute creative ideas to keep our content fresh and engaging.About YouYou’ll thrive in this role if you:Are highly proficient in Canva and confident in leading design projects.Have experience creating content for social media, including video editing and storytelling.Are comfortable learning and using AI tools to streamline content creation.Take ownership of projects and can organise a content library effectively.Have a strong eye for aesthetics, brand identity, and social trends.Are proactive, creative, and can work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Bonus if you:Have experience with photography or video editing software beyond Canva.Are comfortable presenting ideas or strategies to a team.Why Join Us?You’ll be part of a small, collaborative team where your ideas and creativity directly impact our brand growth.
