Application Deadline: 31 March 2026Department: ContentLocation: LondonDescriptionAs Disturbia grows, we’re looking for a highly creative, social obsessed Social Co-ordinator to support the Social Media Manager in delivering standout content across all social platforms.You’ll take ownership of coordinating and creating content from concept through to live posting - ensuring our channels remain engaging, on-brand and culturally relevant.Key ResponsibilitiesContent CreationHave a constant bank of original creative ideas to move our aesthetic on!Maintain a strong bank of creative, trend-led content ideas that resonate with our customerCoordinate and execute weekly IG and TikTok shoots in line with the marketing calendarFilm, shoot and edit social-first content (Reels, TikToks, short-form video)Ensure all content aligns with brand standards and feels original and engagingEdit all Reels/TikToks with appropriate sounds, captions and formattingSupport wider teams with social concepts for campaigns, collaborations, launches and key business momentsSourcing and briefing external content creators to produce high-quality, on-brand UGC that is fit for purpose across social and marketing channelsAct as a brand ambassador on shoots with talent, agents and partner brandsSocial Planning & PostingSupport the daily management of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and PinterestAssist with planning and executing the social content calendarWrite engaging captions and supporting CRM copy where requiredMaximise campaign performance through strategic postingManage the posting schedule during annual leave periodsEngage with the community (comments, DMs, interactions) in line with brand tone of voiceInsights & OrganisationConduct ongoing trend and sound researchReview weekly and monthly performance reports and apply learningsMaintain awareness of paid ad performance and top-performing creativesSupport social analysis and reportingOrganise and maintain the social team’s SharePointDistribute final content to Graphics, Ecom and relevant teamsSkills, Knowledge and ExpertisePassionate about social media, culture and emerging trendsDeeply immersed in internet culture and chronically online in the best wayStrong video and photo editing skills (TikTok, iPhone, VHS, digi cam, etc.)Highly organised with excellent time managementProactive, adaptable and comfortable managing a reactive content calendarCollaborative and confident working cross-functionallyStrong interpersonal skills and confident representing the brand externallyResults-driven, with an interest in performance and measurable impactThis is not an entry level role, you need 2+ years experience in a similar role.
