Position- Social Media Executive Location - Colombo 07Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to align with company goals and brand identity.Create engaging, creative, and high-quality content (text, image, and video) for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X (Twitter).Plan and schedule posts, ensuring consistency in brand tone and posting frequency.Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages promptly, and engage with followers to build community and brand loyalty.Analyze social media performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and provide insights for improvement.Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to develop cohesive campaigns.Assist in managing paid advertising campaigns and monitor their performance.Support influencer collaborations and partnerships to expand brand reach.Qualifications and RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.Proven experience (1–3 years) in social media management or digital marketing.Strong understanding of major social media platforms and analytics tools.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Creative mindset with attention to detail and brand consistency.Basic graphic design and video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar) are an added advantage.Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently or as part of a team.Knowledge of SEO, online advertising, and content marketing will be a plus.
