Social Media Marketing Associate

Education/ Experience And Skills Requirement Graduate in Marketing/Computing/Management or equivalent (knowledge in capital markets will be an added advantage) Two – four years of experience in digital marketing covering digital and social media advertising, preferably in Media/PR agencies Experience in managing social accounts for organisations on popular platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, Meta etc) and Google Ads Proficient in digital advertising, including PPC campaigns, and knowledge of financial industry-best practices Experience in campaign performance evaluation using web analytics and other third-party tools and provide data-driven insights and recommendations Required to be able to work in UK-shift Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English, with a high level of attention to detail Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of management Responsibilities Audit current platform settings and fix any identified issues (tracking, campaign structures and setup) Provide multi-channel campaign plans (PPC, social media advertising) Plan and execute personalised campaigns based on potential audiences using both search and display campaigns Plan and execute personalised campaigns on the client’s social media platforms Analyse and provide a list of best-performing keywords Manage ad budgets, ad creatives and audience performance Ensure continuous monitoring to optimise campaigns Provide periodic updates and reports on campaign performance Launch A/B tests to find optimised ad versions, targeting options, etc. Provide insights to product performance using both campaign performance and Google analytics data
