We are seeking a dynamic and energetic individual who aspires to a career in the field of Sales and Marketing to join us at our processing center in Welisara. Job Includes Conducting market research, analyzing trends, and evaluating competitors. Identifying and attracting new clients in line with company strategy and coordinating onboarding. Delivering sales presentations showcasing value-added and sustainable tea solutions. Supporting the preparation of client proposals, pricing, and follow-up communication. Collaborating on marketing campaigns and lead generation activities. Participating in international and virtual trade events within assigned markets. Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and reporting on key performance metrics. Applicant Profile 5-6 years proven track record in exceptional service delivery, business development andacquiring new clients with at least 2 - 3 years of experience in a similar capacity. Degree related to Marketing or a CIM or SLIM qualification. Prior experience in developing an international clientele. Excellent communication and persuasion as well as organizing, planning, networking, and project management skills along with an outgoing personality. Having prior experience in the Tea exporting industry and social media activities to approach new customers are added advantages to this position.
