Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Colombo for a Junior Client Services Executive. The role involves managing day-to-day client interactions, building and maintaining strong business relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and addressing client inquiries and concerns. The Junior Client Services Executive will also support the project team in understanding client needs and ensuring the timely delivery of services while upholding the company’s standards for excellence. Qualifications Proficiency in Client Services, Client Relations, and ensuring Customer SatisfactionStrong skills in Business Relationship Management to foster and maintain long-lasting partnershipsPossess excellent Analytical Skills to understand and respond to client needs effectivelyOutstanding communication and interpersonal skills to enhance client interactionsAbility to work collaboratively and adapt to a fast-paced environmentEducational background in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plusPrevious experience in a client-facing role is an advantage
