Education/Experience and Skills Requirement: Willingness to work in UK shift Bachelor’s degree in information technology, information systems, marketing (covering digital marketing) or related field Four years of relevant work experience using AEM CMS Hands-on experience in Adobe Campaign (Classic or Standard), AEP, and Audience Manager Strong understanding of segmentation logic, identity stitching, and audience lifecycle management Familiarity with Customer Journey Analytics or similar BI/analytics tools (e.g., Tableau) for performance reporting Excellent attention to detail and communication in cross-functional campaign coordination Experience working with financial services Responsibilities: Build and manage segmented audiences across Adobe Campaign, Adobe AEP, Audience Manager, and Customer Journey Analytics Execute list creation and audience workflows based on criteria and campaign needs Maintain and sync audience data in folders with clear annotations and QC Coordinate with email authors and automation teams to align audience delivery and launch timelines Conduct audience validation and QA to ensure targeting accuracy and regulatory compliance Provide data insights, segmentation logic documentation, and support Tableau/Customer Journey Analytics-based reporting Troubleshoot targeting or audience workflow issues in collaboration with platform teams
