The Client Servicing Executive will be responsible for maintaining client relationships, managing accounts, handling customer interactions, and ensuring satisfaction through effective communication and prompt service delivery. The role also involves preparing presentations, understanding client needs, and coordinating with internal teams to execute project requirements successfully.QualificationsSkills in Client Services, Client Relations, and Account ManagementExperience in Customer Service, ensuring client satisfaction and handling inquiriesProficiency in preparing and delivering engaging Client PresentationsStrong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentProven ability to build and maintain professional relationshipsPrior experience in the media or creative industry is advantageous
