If you want to make an impact on a global scale, come make a difference at Fiserv.Job TitleSolution Train Engineer - Commerce HubWhat Does a Solution Train Engineer DoAs a Solution Train Engineer, you’ll be at the heart of our agile delivery engine—driving coordination across multiple domains, ensuring dependencies are addressed, and enabling smooth, timely releases. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at cross-functional collaboration, and is passionate about delivering high-quality solutions at scale.You’ll be the POC that connects development, QA, DevOps, and product teams—ensuring alignment, transparency, and readiness from planning through production.What You Will DoLead the end-to-end technical delivery of a large complex solution involving multiple ARTs, domains, and teams. Coordinate efforts to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes that meets stakeholder expectations.Drive collaboration across various ARTs, Technology Domains, and Teams, by aligning Planning Interval (PI) goals, managing inter-team dependencies, and tracking milestone progress.Proactively address and resolve conflicts among ARTs, Domains, and Teams, and escalate risks when necessary. Maintain visibility through a centralized program board or Jira dashboards, and a comprehensive dependency map.Provide hands-on coaching and escalate issues to maintain delivery momentum and meet commitments.Drive alignment across Project Management, Development, QA, DevOps, and Product teams to ensure delivery timelines are met and testing efforts are coordinated effectively.Proactively identify, monitor, and resolve cross-team dependencies. Escalate critical blockers and facilitate timely resolutions to maintain delivery momentum.Oversee code/configuration readiness and ensure all solution components adhere to quality standards and are delivered according to schedule.Production readiness validation activities, including smoke test execution and readiness assessments to guarantee smooth and reliable production deployments.Reporting & communication - deliver consistent and transparent updates to stakeholders, including risk evaluations and key testing metrics.Recommend and drive continuous improvement process optimizations that enhance delivery efficiency, predictability, and overall operational performance.What You Will Need To HaveStrong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and Release management process including CI/CD pipelinesExperience working in a scaled agile environment (e.g., SAFe, LeSS) or in large enterprise delivery modelsProven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables in a dynamic environmentExcellent coordination and communication skills across technical and non-technical teamsHands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, GitLab, and observability/monitoring platformsFamiliarity with production readiness checklists and Live proving processes.What Would Be Great To HaveSAFe certificationExposure to scaled agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe) or large enterprise delivery modelsKnowledge of Release process, service-level objectives (SLOs), observability, and incident response workflowsCertification in Agile, Scrum, or Release Train EngineeringMinimum of 5 years of strong delivery experience.Thank You For Considering Employment With Fiserv.
