Solutions Architect Cluster Lead

As Solutions Architect Cluster Lead, you will manage and develop a team of architects to design and implement enterprise-scale solutions aligned with the bank’s business strategy and technology roadmap. This role ensures architecture governance, evaluates emerging technologies, and provides consulting support to project teams to maintain alignment with enterprise standards. By bridging business drivers with scalable, secure, and innovative solutions, the role helps future-proof the organization’s systems and drive digital transformation.Qualifications8–12 years of experience in IT architecture, with 3–5 years in a leadership or team management roleProven expertise in designing and delivering enterprise-scale solutions across multiple business domainsStrong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) and governance practicesHands-on experience with cloud, hybrid, and on-premises architectures and integrationsAbility to translate business strategies into scalable, secure, and cost-effective technology solutionsUp-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies, vendor evaluation, and roadmap planning
