Sr. AI/ML Engineer

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior AI/ML Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced machine learning and AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in deep learning, NLP, computer vision, and large-scale ML systems, with a passion for applying AI to solve complex real-world problems.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and deploy end-to-end ML pipelines (data preprocessing, model training, evaluation, deployment).Lead R&D in deep learning, NLP, computer vision, and generative AI to build state-of-the-art solutions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, data) to integrate ML models into production systems.Optimize models for scalability, performance, and efficiency.Mentor junior AI/ML engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.Conduct experiments, analyze results, and present insights to stakeholders.Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML and evaluate their applicability.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field (PhD preferred).4+ years of experience in AI/ML model development and deployment.Strong programming skills in Python with libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face.Expertise in one or more areas: NLP, Computer Vision, Generative AI, RAG pipelines, LLM fine-tuning.Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Docker, Kubernetes).Strong background in data structures, algorithms, and mathematics for ML.Proven track record of deploying ML models into production environments.Location: Karachi (On-site)Department: Artificial Intelligence / Data Science
