We will also consider candidates in Boca Raton, FL.The Sr. Creative, Project Manager is responsible for driving seamless execution across creative, digital, and brand initiatives. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with overall brand strategy by coordinating resources, managing timelines, and facilitating communication across cross-functional teams.Acting as the central hub between the Brand Studio and teams such as marketing, operations, and commercialization, this position translates needs in both directions to keep workstreams aligned and moving efficiently. The Project Manager oversees detailed planning, actively monitors progress, identifies risks, and course-corrects to maintain project momentum. They are also responsible for managing external vendors or freelancers, maintaining project documentation, and leading kickoffs, stand-ups, and regular status touchpoints.The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced creative environment, brings a strong understanding of production workflows, and is comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects while keeping teams focused, informed, and supported. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on multiple factors, such as work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience.
