STORE SUPERVISORDescription:The Store Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the overall daily operations of the store, ensuring efficient service, adherence to company standards, and smooth coordination between front-of-house (counter) and back-of-house (kitchen) teams. This role involves supervising staff, implementing store policies, monitoring stock levels, handling reports, and ensuring that customer service and food quality meet company expectations. The Store Supervisor serves as the key point of contact between the store team and the Operations Manager.Key ResponsibilitiesDaily Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring all departments (kitchen and counter) function efficiently and in accordance with company policies and food safety standards.Staff Supervision: Monitor the performance of all store personnel, assign daily tasks, ensure proper shift scheduling, and support staff development through coaching and on-the-spot guidance.Task Monitoring: Ensure that all team members complete their assigned duties accurately and on time, maintaining high productivity and service standards throughout the shift.Cleanliness and Orderliness: Ensure that the kitchen, counter, and storage areas are clean, organized, and compliant with sanitation and safety guidelines.Policy Implementation: Enforce company rules, operational procedures, and customer service protocols consistently across all shifts.Stock Monitoring and Requesting: Track inventory levels and consumption trends. Prepare and submit stock requests in a timely manner to prevent shortages or overstocking.Delivery Checking: Oversee the receiving of supplies and deliveries. Check the quantity and quality of goods to ensure they meet company standards before acceptance.Reporting: Ensure all required reports including daily sales reports, inventory reports, wastage logs, timekeeping (for payroll) and incident reports are completed accurately and submitted on time.Customer Satisfaction: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner and provide quick resolutions to ensure a positive dining experience.Coordination with Management: Regularly report store performance, staff issues, stock concerns, and other relevant updates to the Operations Manager.Training and Onboarding: Assist in the training and onboarding of new staff, ensuring they understand company standards and procedures.Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with local food safety laws, health regulations, and mall or food court management guidelines.Other Duties: Perform additional supervisory or operational tasks as assigned by the Operations Manager.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management or any related food field.Experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the food or service industry.Knowledgeable in kitchen and counter operations, basic inventory systems, and sales reporting.Familiarity with POS systems is an advantage.Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentHigh level of integrity, responsibility, and professionalism📍 Locations where position is availableCabanatuanPampangaLas PiñasParañaqueMakatiTaguigPasigSta.
