The Studio Head Design will be responsible for overseeing and managing the design team, ensuring the successful execution of projects. The day-to-day tasks will include project management, team coordination, client communication, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality design concepts and solutions.Qualifications:A strong background in design and architecture, with a minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar roleCrafting workplace strategies and conducting data analysis, integrating augmented design within a broader strategic vision.Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage and inspire a teamExcellent communication and client management skillsProficiency in design software and tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, InDesign, PhotoshopAn eye for detail, creativity, and the ability to think criticallyStrong organizational and time management skillsStrong working on commercial/B2B projectsA deep understanding of design principles and trendsA degree in design, architecture, or a related fieldTo apply for the role, send you updated CV to mansukhani.j@ifcci.org.in
