Job DescriptionThe Stream Manager executes people practices such as objective setting, competency development, career management, utilization, and performance management to manage and develop resources within a defined functional scope. Responsible for resource allocation across customer projects to ensure delivery objectives are achieved in terms of time and quality. Determines, recruits, and manages resource capacity in line with project demands. Strategically plans and executes functional programs to drive talent growth and cost efficiency initiatives.How You Will Contribute And What You Will LearnUpdate and maintain competence registration of engineers.Manage people processes, objective setting, and career progression for engineers.Achieve CoDe KPIs related to Personal Development (PEP) Plans and certification targets.Drive initiatives to minimize attrition and improve retention.Liaise with the Technology Manager to develop annual resource plans for NPI and NSI enablement.Oversee competence registration, earmarking, and PEP Plans for NPI and NSI engineers.Ensure timely completion of travel and visa formalities for NPI, NSI, SyVe, and PoC projects.Manage resource demand planning, allocation, fulfilment, and gap analysis.Execute 5x Knowledge Transfer (KT) from SMEs to expand engineer readiness for NPI and NSI.Meet utilization, productivity, and transformation targets for the stream.Allocate resources to maintain continuity of customer support.Support Delivery Managers on competence and resource-related customer issues.Contribute to professional development strategies within the organizational unit.Act as a senior specialist and best-practice leader within the team and professional area.Key Skills And ExperienceStrong people management skills with experience in performance reviews, career development, and objective setting.Proven ability in resource and capacity planning across multiple customer projects.Expertise in competence development, certification programs, and Personal Development (PEP) planning.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and business teams.Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with focus on utilization, productivity, and cost optimization.Experience driving change, transformation, and talent development initiatives.Ability to manage Knowledge Transfer (KT) programs and ensure SME knowledge dissemination.Familiarity with CoDe KPIs, performance management systems, and workforce metrics.Sound understanding of project delivery, scheduling, and quality assurance processes.Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) and New Services Introduction (NSI) processes.Knowledge of System Verification (SyVe) and Proof of Concept (PoC) projects.Background in engineering, telecommunications, or technology delivery functions.Proficiency in HR, resource management, and project tracking tools (e.g., SAP, Workday, MS Project).Extensive experience in engineering, delivery, or technology environments. and several years of experience in people or resource management roles.Demonstrated experience in managing cross-functional and global teams.Proven success in competence management and capability-building programs.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Leadership/HR programs are preferred.About UsAbout NokiaJoin us in creating the technology that helps the world act together.We are a B2B technology innovation leader, pioneering networks that sense, think and act™, putting the world’s people, machines and devices in sync to create a more sustainable, productive and accessible future.Learn more about life at Nokia .About The Business GroupJoin Mobile Networks (MN) and help us become the trusted partner of choice for Communications Service Providers (CSPs), as well as for non-CSP entities in sectors like utilities, transportation, public services, and defense.
