If so, we’d love to hear from you!Purpose of the role:Summer Job in Norway – Information ManagementAreas of Accountability, Responsibility and Competence:Document classification and archivingDigitization of Physical Documents.Archive Review and DisposalDocument Management Systems (DMS) AdministrationImprovement ProjectsContributing to the development and improvement of archive procedures and routines.Identifying opportunities for increased efficiency and assisting in the implementation of new solutions.Support of adoption and upskilling of M365 collaboration tools, citizen development and AI tools usage.Critical Skills, Qualifications, Experience:The summer student should be in their final year of a bachelor’s or master’s level in relevant fields such as information management, archival science, library and information science, IT, or administration.Digital and QA Skills: Experience with, or ability to learn, document management systems and digital tools used in archiving and document handling.
