Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Colombo for a Surveillance Supervisor. The Surveillance Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and monitoring surveillance operations to ensure the safety and security of the premises. Daily tasks include supervising surveillance staff, conducting training sessions, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring compliance with gaming regulations. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reports of surveillance activities. Qualifications Supervisory and Training skillsExperience in Surveillance and GamingExcellent Customer Service skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to work under pressureProficiency in using surveillance equipment and softwareAbility to lead and motivate a teamRelevant certifications or training in surveillance and security operations are a plus
