Job Description

We’re looking for experienced System Analyst to join our team and help us to improve quality and speed of providing new features in payments flow.The Payment Gate team responsible for the development and maintenance of payment services is a crucial part of the company, ensuring the seamless execution of financial transactions. This team is in charge of building, evolving, and maintaining the payment hub and payment-gate -complex systems that process thousands of transactions in real-time.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and document business requirements, system specifications, and workflowsDesign and configure system solutions on the Payment Gate platform to align with business needsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements, integrations, and customizationsIdentify system improvements and optimize workflows within the Payment Gate platformDevelop and maintain detailed system documentation, including functional specifications, data models, integration plans, sequence and BPMN diagramsPerform system testing, troubleshoot issues, and assist in resolving system-related problemsWork closely with developers to support the development and deployment of system solutionsConduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to end usersEnsure system stability and performance by identifying issues and recommending solutionsStay up-to-date with new features and best practices within the Payments platformDesign, implement, and maintain system integrations between Payment Gate and other enterprise applications (e.g., Corebanking, CRM, third-party APIs)Analyze integration requirements, define data flows, and manage data mapping for seamless integration across platformsRequirements3+ years of experience as a System Analyst or a similar roleStrong understanding of system architecture, integrations, and business process managementProven experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining integrations between systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, third-party APIs)Proficiency in BPMN notation for business process modeling and process optimizationAbility to create clear and comprehensive documentation, including system specifications, data models, integration plans, sequence and BPMN diagrams, and technical workflowsExperience with data mapping, API integrations, and integration testingStrong problem-solving skills for troubleshooting and resolving integration and system issuesExcellent communication and collaboration skills to interact with stakeholders and technical teamsAnalytical thinking with the ability to solve complex technical problemsEnglish level B2 or higherWhat We CreateModern banking services for millions of FilipinosCutting-edge solutions based on the best world practices and AI implementationLicensed neobank aiming to be a unicorn and leading fintech in the fast-growing region of Southeast AsiaA business capable of raising over $60MM from the ADQ (sovereign wealth fund of Abu Dhabi), World Bank Group, and other investors despite the challenging marketAn environment that allows you to launch new products in 3-4 monthsA foundation for expanding into new markets worldwideWhat We OfferPassionate international team spanning the globeRapid professional growth, with merit (and merit only) as the guiding principleReward for performance and long-term success of SalmonFast track to grow internationallyNew office in Manila, PhilippinesRelocation support for eligible candidatesRemote and hybrid work optionsMedical insurance, health, and wellness benefitsProgram of events and activities both online and in person
