We’re passionate about helping our clients achieve their talent goals, and we’re just as committed to creating meaningful, engaging work for our own teams.Job DescriptionAs our Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you’ll join our onsite talent team to support our partnership with our mining customer, the world’s largest gold miner.In this role, you’ll:Manage end-to-end recruitment across high-volume blue-collar portfoliosWork onsite 2 days per week at our client's office (Wednesday and Friday), with flexible work arrangementsPartner closely with hiring managers to deliver strategic sourcing and tailored attraction strategiesCreate an engaging and streamlined experience for candidates and hiring teamsLeverage market insights and talent data to guide decision-makingDrive continuous improvement projects around D&I, process optimisation, and recruitment technologyPlease note: Start date is 5th January 2026What you’ll bring:We’re looking for someone who combines operational excellence in volume recruitment with a passion for building relationships. You’ll have:3+ years end-to-end volume recruitment experience, working in a fast-paced environment, within the Mining sector (either owner-operator, or contractor services), or similar heavy industry such as Oil and Gas.
