Job Description

Talent Acquisition:Responsible in supporting recruitment projects (such as assisting and being involved in onboarding, market visits, and mill visits).Create and maintain a talent pipeline.In charge of CV Screening, scheduling candidates' psychological tests, interviewing candidates, scheduling candidates' interviews with users, and hiring new employees.Employer Branding:Support @lifeatkcsoftex social media (content planning, design, execution, etc)Requirements:Majoring in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or equivalent.Available for 5 months period.Final-year students and still active in college.Have an experience handle social media.Good written and communication skills – both English and Indonesia.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Microsof Word, Excel and Power point)Interested in Recruitment.Get used to recruitment tools.Having design skills (Photoshop, Canva, Corel draw, etc) is a must.
