This role goes beyond recruiting, you’ll be shaping how we attract, engage, and onboard talent while helping to build a world-class employee experience.You’ll work closely with business leaders, hiring managers, and the wider HRMarcom team to make sure every candidate and employee interaction reflects the TechX culture: fast-moving, transparent, and human.Key Responsibilities:Talent Acquisition Execute recruitment for various functions (Tech, Product, Business) from sourcing to interviewing. Partner with TA members and hiring managers to define requirements, source talent, and ensure smooth, high-quality hiring experiences. Find creative sourcing strategies through social platforms, communities, and referrals.Contribute to employer branding and content for careers pages and social media. Engagement & Experience Support onboarding programs to create a seamless and welcoming experience for new hires.Collaborate on internal engagement activities and content, from onboarding touchpoints to team events and communications. Gather feedback and ideas to continuously improve candidate and employee experience. TA / HR Operations Maintain and optimize data accuracy in ATS and HR systems. Support reporting and hiring metrics, ensuring processes are consistent and well-documented.Participate in HR tech initiatives, helping integrate recruitment and engagement processes into TechX’s AIOps platform and AI-driven culture tools (Xbot).
