The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for driving the recruitment process to identify and hire top talent across various departments within the organization. The role involves sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, managing recruitment campaigns, and collaborating with hiring managers to meet the company’s staffing needs. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will focus on building strong talent pipelines, enhancing candidate experiences, and aligning recruitment strategies with the organization’s overall goals and values. Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various job openings, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring Collaborate with hiring managers to determine hiring needs, job requirements, and ideal candidate profiles Develop and implement recruitment strategies to ensure timely and effective hiring of qualified candidates Proactively source candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings. Engage with passive candidates and cultivate relationships for long-term recruitment opportunities Review resumes and applications to identify top candidates who meet job specifications. Conduct initial screenings, including phone or video interviews, to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fi Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, providing relevant candidate information Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and team culture Advise managers on talent market trends, salary benchmarks, and candidate availability Provide regular updates to hiring managers on candidate status, interview feedback, and recruitment progress Work with hiring managers to extend offers to selected candidates, including salary negotiation and benefits discussion Ensure a smooth and timely offer process, maintaining candidate engagement and excitement Represent the company and promote its culture and values to potential candidates throughout the recruitment process Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience from initial contact to job offer, responding promptly to inquiries and providing clear communication Track and report on key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire, and source of hire. Stay updated on the latest trends in talent acquisition, recruitment technologies, and best practices Participate in industry events, job fairs, and other networking activities to build relationships Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Experience: 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or human resources, with a proven track record of hiring top talent. Experience with IT RolesProficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) Experience using sourcing tools and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, indeed, and other job boards.
