If you’re looking to grow your skills in the fast-paced eCommerce world, B-Parts is the perfect place to learn, collaborate, and make an impact.We are looking for a Tech Sales Representative who will be the perfect bridge between our product and the technical needs of our customers.What is expected in this role:Assist customers - both private and professional - via phone and written communication to find the right parts;Register new customers and process orders efficiently;Ensure all customer requests are fulfilled, providing timely updates on order status;Offer clear information on logistics, after-sales procedures, and any related inquiries.Support customer satisfaction initiatives and follow up to ensure a great experience.Internal Training - Be the team's "Subject Matter Expert".Develop and deliver technical training sessions (mechanics, electronics, parts identification) to the Sales team, increasing their confidence and knowledge.If you’re customer-focused, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a seamless purchasing journey, we’d love to hear from you!What are we looking for (knowledge, skills and abilities):Proven experience in technical roles within the automotive sector (e.g., Mechanic, Mechatronic Technician, Parts Technician/Estimator, Automotive After-Sales);Fluency in Portuguese and English (mandatory);Fluency in French or Spanish (is a plus);Strong customer orientation; Planning and organization skills;Domain of computer tools.Benefits:Insurance Package;Bonus plans.Location: Porto headquarters.
