Join us and be part of a team that’s helping clients worldwide digitally transform their businesses.Job Title: Technical Lead - Java Full StackExperience: 5+ YearsLocation: Sri Lanka________________________________________Responsibilities:• Design, develop, test, and deploy web applications using Java (Spring Boot) and modern frontend frameworks like Angular or React.• Build and consume RESTful APIs for web and mobile clients.• Implement backend logic, services, and microservices using Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, and Java 11+.• Develop responsive and user-friendly UI components using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.• Write unit tests and conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and performance.• Integrate with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB and optimize queries.• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.• Collaborate with DevOps to automate deployments and ensure scalability.• Debug and resolve application issues and provide ongoing support.Required Skills:• Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs.• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and one or more frontend frameworks (preferably Angular, React, or Vue.js).• Experience with HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, or Material UI.• Solid understanding of SQL and experience with RDBMS (MySQL/PostgreSQL/Oracle).• Experience with Hibernate / JPA.• Familiarity with Git, Maven/Gradle, and CI/CD tools (like Jenkins, GitLab CI).• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development practices.
