They’re building high-performing, diverse teams—and that’s where you come in!The RoleAs the Technical Product Manager for the Finance & Fraud vertical, you will manage and organize the execution of the development and enhancement of critical financial products including reconciliation platforms, automated payout systems, and fraud prevention mechanisms. You will collaborate closely with the finance team to ensure products not only meet but exceed industry standards and regulatory requirements.As a Technical Product Manager focusing on Finance & Fraud, you’ll be responsible for:Designing and managing the roadmap for financial and fraud-related products, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance standards.Leading cross-functional teams to drive product development from conception through launch, iterating based on feedback and data insights.Implementing best practices in fraud detection and risk management, leveraging the latest technology to safeguard transactions and financial operations.Developing and refining metrics to measure the effectiveness of financial products and fraud prevention strategies, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.Executing on the product roadmap by running the product development lifecycle through SCRUM method that runs on a weekly/bi-weekly basis.Performing integration discovery by engaging with financial service partners and driving effective integration implementation.Validating new ideas for existing or new product features.Studying partners’ API documentation and performing tests (e.g. with Postman) to streamline developer integration efforts.Managing the product backlog that has been prioritized by business stakeholders and working with the development team to execute and deliver the product backlog.Collaborating with the BI team to leverage data and product analytics for continuous improvement.What We're Looking ForComputer science degree or similar.Proven experience as a Technical Product Manager, with a strong background in financial technologies and fraud prevention.Deep understanding of payment systems, regulatory environments, and financial reconciliation processes.Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable strategies.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the capability to drive projects involving multiple stakeholders.Previous experience working with API integrations.An entrepreneurial mindset with the passion to make an impact in a fast-growing start-up.Basic understanding of programming languages.Understanding of payment gateway integration capabilities or financial systems.Experience owning a solution end to end and driving commercial success.Experience working with relational or non-relational databases (SQL, PostgreSQL, etc.).Strong entrepreneurial spirit - you want to build something big and have a measurable impact for your efforts.Self-motivated with a result-oriented mindset, hustling to get things done and proactively finding ways to reach and overachieve targets.What We OfferBe part of an exciting, fast-paced environment, where you can grow the business from an early-stage start-up into a global organization.Drive growth and tailoring of fast-evolving new products and features.Work with highly motivated people, enthusiastic about improving the customer experience at table-service restaurants.
