From large-scale e-commerce platforms to accessible, content-rich CMS websites, we deliver digital experiences where user experience is business-critical.The roleWe’re looking for a highly organised, commercially aware and technically confident Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of web and digital experience projects. This isn’t a box-ticking delivery role. It’s a client-facing leadership position where you’ll own delivery end-to-end, ensure projects run smoothly and profitably, and act as the bridge between clients, delivery teams, and senior leadership. Reporting to DotCentric's Head of Delivery, you’ll manage schedules, budgets and scope with confidence, but also have the communication skills to bring clarity to complex technical conversations, drive decisions, and build trusted relationships.What you’ll doLead project delivery from initiation through to launch - ensuring scope, budget, and timeline are tightly managed.Build and maintain client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and main point of contact.Create and maintain detailed project documentation including RAID logs, delivery plans, and status reports.Manage project budgets, track actuals vs forecast, and report on project performance clearly and confidently.Facilitate and document requirements gathering - including drafting clear, concise user stories and acceptance criteria.Run stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives and status meetings with internal teams and clients.Work closely with developers and engineering teams - comfortable holding technical conversations and translating between business and tech.Ensure quality and attention to detail throughout delivery, including handover, QA and sign-off processes.Flag risks early and drive mitigation - never letting surprises hit late in the game.Support continuous improvement of our delivery practice.What we’re looking forProven digital project management experience in an agency environment - ideally on CMS and e-commerce builds.A natural organiser with impeccable attention to detail and structured communication.Exceptional client-facing skills - calm under pressure, clear, professional and credible.Strong budget management skills - experienced in forecasting, tracking and reporting against financial targets.Comfortable leading technical conversations with developers and architects.Able to write user stories, acceptance criteria and structure backlog items effectively.Strong understanding of Agile delivery and governance.Excellent reporting and documentation habits - you always know where a project stands.Willingness to travel into London (and occasionally across the UK) for client meetings and workshops.A genuine team player who balances delivery discipline with empathy, humour and good energy!Why join DotCentricShape the experience of high-profile websites across sectors.Work in a collaborative, evidence-guided, outcome-driven culture where design quality matters.Enjoy flexibility, autonomy and the chance to shape our design practice as we continue to grow.Competitive salary, remote working and clear progression opportunities.BenefitsRemote-first agency with options for in-person collaboration in London and Leeds, plus quarterly socials.25 days annual leave (plus 1 extra day per year after 3 years, up to 30).Access to a rewards platform with discounts and perks.
