This role offers the chance to work directly with some of the sharpest analytical minds in foreign exchange and develop a broad, career-defining skill set.What You’ll DoDevelop analytical models Provide first-line, day-to-day support to global clientsBuild and strengthen long-term senior client relationshipsWork closely with developers to enhance automated monitoring & alerting toolsMonitor and manage risk exposures in real timeLiaise with brokers, trading operations and back office on trade breaks, margin and risk limitsOptimise client quoting parameters to deliver best-in-class liquiditySuggest improvements to trading strategies and prototype new ideasAbout YouEssential:Strong numerate degree (Maths, Physics, Engineering, Data, Statistics, etc.)Analytical, data-driven mindset & strong attention to detailDesire to learn financial markets and understand riskHighly motivated, tech-savvy, and comfortable diving deep into complex problemsPassion for automation and continuous improvementStrong communicator who can explain technical concepts simplyBeneficial (but not required):Experience with Java, Matlab, R or PythonKnowledge of machine learning and predictive analyticsExposure to low-latency trading systemsThis is a great opportunity for a recent graduate to join a growing organisation who collaborate and support each other.Working for a Fintech, you will embrace learning and work as a team to enable further growth in the business.
