You will work closely with the Senior Digital Marketing Executive and Marketing Manager to support a variety of marketing activities while playing a key role in researching and engaging potential leads, coordinating campaigns, and contributing to projects that drive brand awareness and business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Mining & Research: Identify and profile potential companies and decision-makers (HR and other key contacts) using tools such as Apollo and LinkedIn.Email Marketing: Assist in planning, creating, and executing targeted email campaigns to attract and nurture leads.CRM & Automation: Maintain lead databases, manage CRM records, and support marketing automation workflows for lead tracking and engagement.Data Analytics: Compile and analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.Product & Market Research: Conduct research on competitors, market trends, and customer needs to support marketing strategies.Content Support: Assist with content creation for email campaigns, landing pages, and event promotions.Event Coordination: Help plan and coordinate global events, webinars, and marketing activities to engage prospects and clients.What We’re Looking ForExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishExcellent research and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesFamiliarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools (an advantage)Eagerness to learn and contribute to various marketing functionsPrevious internship or work experience in marketing, sales, or lead generation (preferred but not required)Why Join Us?Work in a collaborative, supportive, and fast-paced marketing environmentGain hands-on experience across multiple areas of digital marketing and eventsOpportunity to develop skills in CRM, automation, and campaign analyticsBe part of a motivated team that values creativity and results
