You'll train and support store teams to confidently use BIR, drive better stock profiles, generic compliance, cost savings, and greater efficiency.As the go-to expert, you'll troubleshoot issues, guide inventory practices, and boost store engagement with the program. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are a must, along with the ability to inspire teams to embrace change.Role & ResponsibilitiesDeliver online training on BIR, conduct follow-ups, and guide stores to use BIR confidently.Provide guidance on Inventory Management, ordering, and DAA processes; troubleshoot issues to reduce errors and improve efficiency.Create engaging presentations, guides, webinars, and online learning; assess and adapt content to meet ongoing customer needs.Respond to queries, educate store staff, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and enhance user experience.Support wider BIR rollout, champion best practices, and lead engagement campaigns.Skills & Experience:2yrs hands on community pharmacy experience is required.Can confidently converse with pharmacists & pharmacy staff regarding medications and molecules.Proficient in Microsoft Office, including intermediate Excel (formulas and data manipulation).Understanding of inventory management processes and stock control.BIR Experience (Desirable): Familiarity with Buy IT Right system.Experience in delivering training or supporting staff development is highly regarded.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to convey information clearly; quick to learn and navigate new systems and technologies.Benefits & perks:At DBG Health, we offer more than just a job - we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment where you can make a real impact.
