The Corporate Travel Agent will manage travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and car rentals, for corporate clients. Responsibilities include coordinating reservations, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring seamless travel experiences. The role also involves utilising sales techniques to offer tailored solutions that meet client needs while maintaining budgets and corporate travel policies.QualificationsExperience with Reservations, including flight and accommodation bookingsStrong Customer Service and client interaction skillsKnowledge of Car Rental and associated travel servicesProficiency in managing Travel Arrangements and itinerariesSales skills with the ability to offer tailored travel solutionsEffective communication and organisation skillsFamiliarity with corporate travel policies and tools is a plusPrevious experience in a travel agency or related field is preferredTechnical Proficiency: Advanced user of Microsoft Office 365Language Skills: Fluent in Arabic and English.
