Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you’ll shape global people programs, policies, and practices that attract, support, and retain top talent—fostering a high-performance culture.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee remuneration frameworks, incentive programs, benefits, and global payroll operations to ensure equity, compliance, and accuracyDrive performance and reward strategies that reinforce a high-performance cultureLead HRIS system integration and optimization for scalability and data-driven decision-makingEstablish and maintain consistent, compliant global people policies balancing organizational needs and employee well-beingManage and develop a high-performing team, setting KPIs, providing coaching, and driving professional growthAbout YouProven success in remuneration strategy, benefits design, incentivisation programs, and payroll oversightStrong experience driving performance and reward programs to support a high-performance cultureExpertise in HRIS system integration, HR technology, automation, analytics, and compliance15+ years in senior HR leadership roles with global operations experienceTertiary qualification in HR, Business, or related fieldStrong background in employee experience and change managementExceptional communication, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skillsDemonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and deliver results in complex environmentsALL WELCOMEMoose is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
