We are actively recruiting individuals ready to contribute to our success and expand with us.Qualifications & RequirementsEducation:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree or CFA designation is strongly preferred.Experience:Minimum 3+ years of experience in consulting, banking, corporate finance, or financial advisory.Demonstrated success in executing complex transactions, including M&A, private placements, and strategic advisory.Prior experience in capital markets is a strong advantage.Skills:Strong financial modeling and valuation expertise.Understanding of capital markets, transaction structuring, and regulatory frameworks.Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.Proven ability to manage multiple clients and deliver under pressure.Language:Full professional proficiency in English is required; proficiency in Mongolian is a strong asset.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Advisory Projects:Manage and oversee the execution of M&A, capital raising, restructuring, and strategic partnership mandates.Client Relationship Management:Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring high-quality advisory services and long-term client satisfaction.Strategic Planning & Execution:Develop and implement advisory service offerings that align with CMM’s strategic goals and the evolving needs of the market.Transaction Support:Supervise the preparation of financial models, valuation reports, pitch decks, due diligence documents, and investor materials.Team Leadership:Lead and mentor a team of analysts and associates; build advisory capacity and promote a culture of excellence and accountability.Investor and Stakeholder Engagement:Work closely with institutional investors, exchanges, regulators, and corporate leaders in both domestic and international markets.Business Development:Identify new business opportunities, contribute to proposals, and participate in pitches to grow the advisory portfolio.
