Role Overview: We’re on the hunt for an energetic and solutions-driven Account Manager to join Arc, our retail and shopper marketing team in Sydney, which is powered by Saatchi & Saatchi. You’ll be the day-to-day driver across key clients, working closely with creative, strategy and production teams to deliver high-impact, fast-turnaround shopper campaigns. A Typical Day: A typical day in this role is fast-paced and hands-on — you’ll kick things off by reviewing client priorities, briefing creative and production teams, and keeping a close eye on timelines for quick-turnaround retail and shopper jobs. You’ll move between client check-ins, artwork reviews, supplier coordination and internal stand-ups, making sure every asset is accurate, on-brand and ready for store rollout. No two days look the same, but you’ll always be at the centre of the action, keeping campaigns moving and clients feeling supported. Key responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day delivery of retail and shopper marketing campaigns across print, digital, POS and in-store activations. Build and nurture strong relationships with client stakeholders, acting as their trusted point of contact. Support creative development by writing briefs and evaluating ideas against campaign objectives. Manage timelines, budgets and workflow to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard. Partner with internal teams and external suppliers for prize sourcing, legal approvals, permits, fulfilment and winner notifications. Review creative and artwork for accuracy, brand consistency and retail requirements. Identify opportunities to add value, deepen client partnership and enhance campaign performance. Support account planning, coordinating reporting and post-campaign reviews. Manage internal expectations, escalate risks early and keep everyone aligned on priorities. Contribute to agency culture by bringing positivity, collaboration and initiative to the team. We’re looking for someone who has: Proven experience in shopper marketing, retail activation or promotional agency roles (typically 2+ years). A natural, confident communicator and relationship builder. Highly organised, detail oriented with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset Solid project management and budget control expertise. Ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt quickly when priorities shift. A proactive, positive attitude and ability to juggle multiple priorities. Passion for creative ideas and delivering outstanding client results. Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint etc.). Why Join Us?
