Job Description

Accounts Payable Accountant (80%):1/ Document Receipt and Verification:Receive and verify the legality, validity, and reasonableness of payment requests from various departments (for goods/services purchases, administrative expenses, logistics costs, etc.).Check for consistency between original documents (contracts, invoices, acceptance minutes, goods receipt notes, etc.) and the payment requests, as well as current tax regulations.2/ Payment Execution:Create payment orders/debit authorizations on the banking system or cash payment vouchers according to approved requests.Monitor and execute domestic and international payment transactions (T/T, L/C if applicable) to suppliers and partners, ensuring timely payment according to contract terms.Coordinate with banks to resolve issues arising during the payment process.3/ Accounting and Journal Entry:Accurately and timely record payment transactions, expenses, and accounts payable in the accounting software.Track detailed accounts payable for each counterparty and contract, and urge relevant departments to complete necessary documentation.4/ Reconciliation and Payable Reporting:Periodically (weekly/monthly) reconcile accounts payable with suppliers/partners.Prepare reports on the status of accounts payable, incurred expenses, cash outflow forecasts, and other reports as required by management.Perform additional accounting-related tasks as assigned by the Department Head and Chief Accountant (20%): Calculate interest on deposits, loans, etc.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or related fields.Minimum of 02 years of experience in an Accounts Payable position, preferably with experience in Trading, Logistics, or Manufacturing companies.Thorough understanding of Vietnamese laws and regulations regarding accounting and taxation (VAT, PIT, CIT) and Vietnamese Accounting Standards.Experience with international payment operations (foreign currency payments, bank procedures for imported/exported goods) is a significant advantage.Meticulous, detail-oriented, honest, and highly responsible in work, especially concerning figures.
