Our core specialties are proven in strategic planning, holistic brand development, experiential marketing, interior design and build, campaign concept and activation, digital marketing including resource planning for renowned multinationals across eclectic trade enterprises.Trad3mark is growing and we are actively looking for an ambitious, dynamic and dedicated individual to join our Activation Team as an Activation Executive.Job ResponsibilitiesAssist line manager in planning, supervising, and monitoring the execution of on ground projects to drive activation and day to day operations.Assist to execute events/projects which includes idea generation, preparing proposal, coordinating with suppliers to ensure smooth operationManage project deadlines and necessary deliverables to ensure they are metNurturing accounts and strategize ways to build new opportunitiesLiaise closely with creative designers on marketing materials and artworks in various campaignsWork closely with various internal and external parties to ensure smooth execution of projectsAbility to positively handle and negotiate with third party vendors or suppliers to achieve target profit without compromising on project quality at the same time ensure smooth and positive project deliveryExceptionally good communication skills and strategic thinking skillsSourcing & exploring vendors for procuring merchandises as per requirement considering time & cost efficacyRequirements1 year of experience in activation, marketing or relevant fieldFresh Graduates are encouraged to applyKnowledge of various industries and client managementPossess strong communication and interpersonal skillsAble to work independently, mature in thinking, pro-active and willing to take challengesOrganizational skills to manage, analyze and present ample amount of informationTeam Player with a positive mindset and 'Can-Do' attitude
